The ‘2 + 2 and more’ ticket is valid for a minimum of 4 people, with no more than 2 adults.
This means:
2 adults and 2 or more children
1 adult and 3 or more children
It cannot be used for 3 adults and 1 child, or 4 adults.
You need to purchase one ‘2 + 2’ ticket for every person who would normally pay for a standard ticket.
Combo tickets are only valid for entry on the same day.
You can stay at the exhibition as long as you like, up until closing time. On average, a visit takes around 2 hours.

No, since the building is a historic palace, the exhibition is currently not accessible to people with mobility impairments. The management is working to make the space accessible. Strollers are allowed inside, and there is no need to leave them outside.
A height bar is installed at the box office at 95 cm. If a child can fit underneath, they enter free of charge.
Standard tickets are single-use — once you leave the exhibition, re-entry is not possible. Combo ticket holders with a VIP wristband may re-enter throughout the day.
Reservations for individuals are only possible when buying tickets online. Group bookings must be arranged in advance by contacting the support team.
